18 years ago, when I started running, it wasn’t like this...

Everything we need to know about the habits that we should or should not be doing has already been said. It has been written. Probably studied and documented somewhere as well. Does that mean we should all know how to ‘hack’ habits?

After having successfully delivered webinars and in-person workshops at university Islamic societies on the topic of Studying in Ramadan, I thought it was best to write up a summary of the key points into a blog post for wider accessibility.

The concentric circles show the different intertwined layers of focus. These layers must operate together for an individual to become more focused overall.

As I am utterly lost for words on the situation in Palestine, here is a poem by one of my students.
